About the Service

What is BooLab?

BooLab is a service that uses AI to analyze negative reviews and help you choose the right products. Our unique reviewer characters explain product concerns in an easy-to-understand way.

Is it free to use?

Yes, completely free. Reading articles and posting feedback costs nothing at all.

What products are covered?

We cover electronics, gadgets, daily goods, subscription services, and more. You can also request products you'd like us to review through the search bar on the top page.

Account & Login

Do I need to log in to read articles?

No, you can read all articles without logging in. All articles are freely accessible to everyone.

How do I log in?

You can log in with your Google account in seconds. Just click the "Login" button at the top right of the page and select your Google account. No lengthy registration forms required.

Can I use BooLab without a Google account?

Currently, only Google account login is supported. We're considering adding other login methods in the future.

About Posting

How do I post feedback?

Use the "Share your feedback" form at the bottom of article pages. Enter at least 10 characters describing your concern, select a Boo level (severity), and click "Submit."

Can I post any kind of feedback?

We welcome honest opinions and concerns about products and services. However, please avoid personal attacks, discriminatory content, or false information. All posts are moderated by AI.

Can I edit or delete my posts?

Post editing and deletion features are not yet available, but we plan to add management options through the My Page in the future.

Privacy & Safety

Will my feedback be made public?

No, your original feedback is never published directly. Only AI-generated statistical summaries appear in articles. Your privacy is protected.

Is my personal information safe?

We only collect your Google account display name and avatar image during login. BooLab never stores your passwords or personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Could my posts be misused?

Posted content is used solely for product and service improvement analysis. We never share or sell original feedback to third parties.

Upcoming Features

Is there a points system?

Currently in development. We're preparing a system where posting earns points that can be redeemed for Amazon gift cards and more.

Will companies respond to my feedback?

This is also in development. We're planning a feature where companies can respond directly to your feedback with messages like "We've fixed this" or "We're looking into it."

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, BooLab is available only through web browsers. The site is designed to work comfortably on mobile browsers. We're considering developing an app in the future.
